5. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order on tripplenutrition you agree that:
- Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation.
- We offer UPI and Card payments through secure third-party payment gateways.
- You provide correct billing, contact, and shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
- Incorrect prices
- Suspected fraud
- Product not available in stock
If payment is taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India.
- Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on location.
- Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, holidays, or unavoidable events.
Once an order is shipped, tripplenutrition is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or delivered.
However, we offer replacements in the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect
- You must provide unboxing video/photo proof
Replacements must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
No return or refund is issued for:
- Taste preference
- Wrong address provided
- Product damaged after delivery
- Delays caused by courier
